How do I sign up?

Click the "Sign Up/ Login" button in the top right corner and enter your details. You will receive a welcome email confirming your details. From there, feel free to browse our store or try one of our free lessons.

How do I purchase a course?

Head to our store where you can find out about each course. If you're happy with a court then you can add it to your cart. The cart will be waiting in the top right hand corner for when you are ready! After you've followed the checkout instructions you will be able to access your course.

I'm not sure which course is right for me

Don't worry - we've got you covered! If you're just looking to dip your toes into the world of Smart Buildings, we have 3 free lessons available for you to try (no strings attached).

How do I purchase Smart Building Bootcamp for my team?

If you are looking to place an order for multiple people, then get in touch with team@smartbuildingbootcamp.com where one of our lovely team can arrange this for you!

How do I redeem my discount code?

After you are happy with your cart, head to the checkout where you will be able to apply a discount code.

How do I redeem my access code?

You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. Click the "My Course" button in the top right corner. You will find "Access Codes" on the bar at the left of the screen where you can apply your code.

How do I access my courses?

After successful purchase of your course, click the "My Courses" button. You will be brought to a dashboard where you can access all of your available courses!

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
If the issue still persists, drop an email to team@smartbuildingbootcamp.com with the issue details.

I am unable to access my course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to team@smartbuildingbootcamp.com

I can't move onto the next section of my course, what should I do?

Make sure you have completed the current section in order to progress. This involves completing quizzes and watching the duration of videos. Once you have completed a section, you are able to revisit these at will.

I have completed the quiz, but have not received my certificate.

100% course competition is required for certificates to be issues. This not only involves passing the quiz, but also watching all videos and reading the resources provided.

How do I download resources and videos?

Unfortunately, our resources are protected in order to prevent theft. The best suggestion is to create your own notes throughout your learning process so that you can refer back at a later date! Courses are available at any point for a year after purchase.
